Origins
BOB in his mortal life was dedicated to destroying the Friendly Council, but the Council had ordained that BOB must join upon death, lest the entire universe cease to exist.
In a moment of desperation during the Coffee Coup of 2021, BOB disregarded this and fought the all-powerful Rabo and killed his lover, Gar. Knowing he would die, BOB tried his hardest to be granted Super Death so his soul and fertility would not be reanimated in the Realm of the Dead. He nearly succeeded, until his enemy-turned-friend, Paul McSaggins, betrayed him by revealing his lover's fertility had been hidden with Paul all along. At the moment of BOB's death, Rada K. Romanov's fertility was gifted to him and this last bit of extrafertility took BOB to the afterlife. He then, involuntarily, was made a servant of the Friendly Council, as the Super Ghost of Washington, DC.
