Paul McSaggins is an Irish leprechaun.
Biography
He fought for Ireland's independence during the Troubles, and after nearly dying of inhaling tear gas he gained the ability to carry his essence across the paths of radiation waves. Just after the Bloody Sunday Massacre of 1972, McSaggins battled with BOB and Yellow Ken after they tried to use him to map the Mandelbrot Graph. After Northern Ireland was not given independence, McSaggins decided to use his powers to guide others through interdimensional space. By the late 1990s he was hired by Teshub of the Friendly Council to intercept information from Mímir and Odin's band of FUR-E's in exchange for the REPTILEs' attempts to destabilize Northern Ireland. He developed a hatred for BOB for introducing him to this chaotic interdimensional life, and has since taken every opportunity possible to troll him.
