The Water is Me, and I am the Water is the true ability of C.H.E.S. Grand Master King Arthur. It gives the user absolute dominion over all water there is.

Historically, King Arthur did not always possess this ability. Begin a creature born in saltwater, when he first attained an ability, it was in the weaker form of The Ocean is Me, and I am the Ocean, which only granted him control over saltwater.

Later, during the confrontation with the Bostonharbour Greatshark, he would temporarily transform his ability to affect freshwater instead, at which point it became, The Lake is Me, and I am the Lake.

Moments later, he successfully fused these two incomplete abilities together and unlocked his true ability: The Water is Me, and I am the Water.
