The Stressed Out Society (SOS) is a group of extrafertiles from varying dimensions who converged in -17i +2019j after 9/11 of the Dead failed to destroy the Friendly Council and the World Tree.
They seek to gather the appropriate beings to successfully accomplish an event known as the RETCON, to reverse time, back to the good old days. Due to this, they named their organization after the Twenty One Pilots song "Stressed Out," which contained those lyrics.
