Dale is a Super Ghost, one of the Capos of the Friendly Council. He claimed responsibility for the end of the Bronze Age Middle East, the Black Death, and the fall of the Qing Dynasty. He confronted BOB in battle in 1984 while BOB was attempting to bring Mr. Sioux Red back to the mortal plane.
