Woeful Jack is a hemigod in the form of a mannequin head. Formed in the nuclear aftermath of the Trinity Nuclear Test in 1945, it is fused to Pepito of the Irradiated Bastards, with whom a romantic relationship seems to have developed.
By making eye contact with Woe Jack's functional styrofoam eyes, one becomes instantly aware of the darkest realities about him/herself as a person.
