Xavier Muchissimo is a Moroccan-American professional wrestler who ascended to power after winning a wrestling match in Vicksburg, Alabama in 1898. He moved to Liberia with his wife, daughter of an ex-slave, Tennessee Vicky, to seek freedom. There they were introduced to the Big Elf, who transmitted energy to both of them via sonic energy presented to them by gutteral vocals within a Stonehenge-type structure.

He made it his personal mission to prevent the British from permanently colonizing Sierra Leone, utilizing his new ability: Big King Elf Ascent. However, after successfully annihilating a British steamboat, he was intervened upon by a series of godly beings. These beings informed him that he was not allowed to intervene with the "natural order." These beings were the REPTILEs, and Xavier did not appreciate their presence. He attacked, and was found to be a good match to many of the members. For his defiance, he was transported into extra-dimensional space and met the King of the Gods, "". For his extraordinary abilities, he was given a position among the Friendly Council so long as he abandoned his "short-sighted" political beliefs in exchange for controlling the world as a whole with the council. He never saw Tennessee Vicky again, which filled him with emptiness.

He acted as the guardian of the South American REPTILEs throughout the 20th century, and was killed in battle with the Crimson Bean in 2006.
