The Clipper is the Entangled Form of Abernathy Keegan. As an Entangled, it can simultaneously exist in -17i and +17i so long as its user, Abernathy Keegan is alive. It has several blades for fingernails and a look derived from Abernathy's mind, as she gained her ability with the movie Edward Scissorhands freshly in her mind.
