Quafe, meaning Quasi-Fertility is an insignificant but also poorly understood property in Source. Powers in quafe have no connection to a being's fertility and are usually only seen in beings that are not extrafertile. Quafe is suspected of being located in the lowest levels of Source since even the most powerful beings that have the ability to see Source have never been able to find it. Even though it is not well understood, the powers discovered in Quafe so far are insignificant. These powers include warping space-time to pull off sleight of hand tricks, conjuring of small mammals, manipulating the suits of playing card (not the numbers) and telekinesis.

People who have gained proficiency in this power include Barry Spaggot, Johnny Goatsex , Azimuth Fairlady and Baba Ye-Three.

Like extra-fertile beings often being called Wizards, beings that have high Quafe are called Magicians. And most Magicians have careers as entertainers.
