Hel is the FUR-E who oversees the Mail Room at Yggdrasil. He possesses the ability Eastbound Expressway which allows him to travel freely along the Imaginary Plane positively along the x-axis. The balance breaker of his ability, You're a Beat would allow him to move everything on the Imaginary Plane eastward as far as he desired. Because it is easy for him to get to +17i from -17i, he was given the menial task of managing Yggdrasil's mail room acting as its head mail carrier.
