El Silbón is the Super Ghost of Venezuela and Colombia. Created as an experiment by the Friendly Council around the same time as the Crimson Bean, it was designed to be a guardian of preferred moral values for the proto-human population, by capturing children of parents who disobeyed their gods. After the Great Flood, the Friendly Council figured that El Silbón was no longer a threat. It lived, however, and continued to possess people and steal children in South America for thousands of years. It formally rejoined the Council in 2004 after the Crimson Bean awoke from its slumber.
