Chief is the leader of the Continuity Police. He took the reigns of the organization after Dr. Lakota Green retired from his 150 year tenure. As the world became more and more unstable during the 2000's as the Friendly Council approached, Chief's mental health declined as well. In 2018 he banished Hatuey from his home dimension of +19.34i, forcing her into Friendly Council dimensions.
