Baglaff Rasputin is a Kazakh ginger. He is the son of wolverine poacher Gak Rasputin. He was born in 1991 at the height of his father's fame. He learned to speak from his mother, Marthasvineyard Stanislav, since Gak speaks no language. After losing his army of Yeth hounds, Gak became very sad and distant, leaving Baglaff as the effective executive of the wolverine business. However, by 2010, Baglaff felt morally against the poaching of wolverines. He made a failed appeal to Gar to take the fertility of all male wolverines so he wouldn't have to kill them anymore, but Gar refused.

Baglaff soon became an activist for animal rights, forming an unofficial Kazakhstan branch of PETA called "Rodent Amigos."
