The Hallowed Council of Severe Thunderstorms is an international organization of wizards . Its current Archduke is Yellow Ken. Its members include BOB, Yellow Ken, Zecharia Sitchin, Fourthman , David Branx , Elon Musk, Michio Kaku, Kim Jong Tu, Uncle , and several more. It is an organization founded for the specific purpose of holding back, and eventually defeating the Spectral Forces, such as Gar of the Caspian and the Friendly Council. During Gak's War(1999-2005) they fought against a tainted scourge of Yeth Hounds led by Gak Rasputin, an unofficial servant of Gar himself.

The Hallowed Council frequently operates in the Imaginary Plane . This being, there was no specific time in which the group came into existence.
