Burong
Burong is a small landlocked nation located within France. Originally, it was a town in Gambia until its eighth sinking in 2036. This occurred when scientists at the Hesturn Occult Research Labs were studying the weak space-time around the town and attempted to open a portal between their facility in France and the town, but instead, the entire town itself was moved 3000 miles north into France. Its size and scale were heavily altered after the positional shift, and the area has become a great weak point in the fabric of space-time in both the Gambia and France. Approximately 100,000 French citizens were given Super Death when this occurred.
Powerful mage Constable Frank now governs Burong, using special Burong-born military units to protect the border regions from unknowing passers as crossing the fragile space-time boundary between Burong and the rest of France without proper fertility can result in the creation of False Reflections.
