Miles mac Nèill, born 18 August 1767 in Scotland is a former C.H.E.S. Master and Leafeater General.
One of his defining traits is his ridiculously sturdy forehead, which he ofen uses to block attacks, much to the surprise of his opponents who think they’ve landed a blow, but only end up injuring themselves as a result.
