Hatuey is a witch originally from the unstable outer reality of +19.34i, a dimension directly on the border of Friendly Council control and independent fate. There Hatuey ruled supreme, having the ability to skip time to see any conclusions and go back in time to cause more favorable outcomes. At one point the Continuity Police exiled her from the outer reaches and she was forced into territory ruled by the Council. While definitively rebelling against the Friendly Council in all dimensions, she only works for her own interests and can actively disrupt the actions of other beings trying to fight the Council. In 2018 she revealed to Kyle Mendez that he would one day be so powerful as to be called "The Chosen One."
