Benjamin Mondatta is a Gambian privateer that operated out of the port of Baku, Azerbaijan until he lost his ship and more importantly, his fertility in the infamous Haunt of Baku. He helped Rada K. Romanov escape the city during the haunt. Before his son Iced Mondatta was born, he moved with his wife KiWi Green Mondatta to her hometown of Georgetown Gambia to raise their son. But not soon after Iced was born, Kiwi divorced Benjamin because she couldn't stand his lack of fertility. He was left alone to raise their son who was yet to be named. One day, when his son was left unattended in his home, the young Iced fell into a vat of cappuccino and ice. At that moment, Benjamin decided to name his son Iced, after the drink.

After Iced grew up and became the leader of Coffee Haus 2, Benjamin joined him as the Grand Admiral of Coffee Haus 2's Fleet. He would hold this role until Coffee Haus 2's dissolution following the Great Caffeinated Death. He then went into retirement at La-Attitude Assisted-Living Community.
