Bobo "Filthy Macnasty" Degrassi was the founder of Degrassi Pollo'y Beef Farms, the husband of Emilia Degrassi and father of Stefan Degrassi. Bobo received the nickname "Filthy Macnasty" from his days working for Mcdonald's selling cattle which were usually filthy and covered in unknown substances. Mcdonald's bought them nonetheless. The Mcdonald's in El Paso named an exclusive item on the menu after Bobo named the Dirty Bo. Bobo faked his death in 2003 to join Coffee Haus 2 and restart his life dealing with coffee along with his wife Emilia. Their son, Stefan thought they were dead and inherited the family assets and then started his own business in San Francisco, Stefan Degrassi's Chicken'n Steak.
