The Exxon "Oiled Up Boys" Experiments
Following the events of September 11th, 2001, the United States Military Industrial Complex immediately began preparing for war with Iraq. An under-the-table $115 million contract between the CIA and the ExxonMobil Corporation was made in January 2002 for the express purpose of creating "Oil Super Soldiers" with the ability of physical or psychic manipulation of oil straight from the ground.
A team of scientists and test subjects was arranged at various Oil Rigs in the Gulf of Mexico, cut off from the outside world. Over 200 researchers were sworn to secrecy, and at least 357 "legally dead" test subjects were held extrajudicially on the island. From these original 557 who entered the Oil Rigs in January 2002, only 15 left alive, including 6 new "beings" whose bodies were composed primarily of sentient crude oil.
