The New California Republic "was" a military dictatorship that ruled over the territory of the former US state of California after the collapse of large scale government during The Wrong Days (2019-2021 - 17.1i). It was established by the cohort of wealthy filmmaker Jeffrey Meena.

Notably, his private security force, The Los Los Angeles Angels Angeles kept order in this evanescent state.
