Super Epstein
Super Jeffrey Epstein is a Super Ghost, formerly the sex-crime organizer Jeffrey Epstein until he was murdered in his jail cell in 2019 by the Crimson Bean, who at the time was wearing the skin of Donald Trump. The Friendly Council wanted to keep information about his wrongdoings private, and thus they allowed him to become a Super Ghost, whose official territory was restricted to Little Saint James Island in the Caribbean.
His job in death was just as important as his job in life, though. With his ability, "Government Hooker," he has the ability to control the sentiments of anyone who has been elected or appointed to a government office. Specifically, if Super Epstein and the Friendly Council wish for a politician to vote a certain way, Epstein activates his ability, and the effected officials will have a "gut feeling" to vote in the preferred way. Those who try to resist his will often begin to witness evidence of their malfeasance appear, even if they had no memory of those malfeasances. The effects of Super Epstein's ability linger until the victim leaves office. Typically, the only way elected officials have voluntarily escaped Epstein's grasp has been to resign from office or to do something so heinous that they can purposefully prevent their own reelections.
