The Antivatican is the Vatican of +17i. Its leader is called the Antipope.

Unlike its -17i counterpart, the Antivatican is not affiliated with the Catholic Church, nor was it founded in the late 19th century. As a matter of fact, the Vatican Hill of -17i was named after it following early contacts between the Roman people and the Super Ghost that ruled the Antivatican at the time.

The libraries of the Antivatican are said to house forbidden knowledge of all sorts of paranormal events and history, containing knowledge second only perhaps to that of ancient Mpumalanga itself.

While technically under jurisdiction of the Friendly Council, everyone is free to come and go—though some section of it are only accessible with personal permission by the Antipope himself.

Nuck Chorris is said to frequent the Antivatican.
