The 2022 War of Церпх was a conspiracy between the Bean Boarders and current United States President, Jeffrey Meena to turn Catalina Island into a covert coffee plantation. Initially, Meena actually did declare war against the Bean Boarders but when his spies made him aware or their intentions, he wanted in on the Beans Boarders plan. Meena met with their leader, Iced Mondatta in Washington D.C. and came up with a plan to give the island to the Bean Boarders without any public backlash. The plan they came up with was to stage a war that would apparently wipe out the island and make it uninhabitable for thousands of years. Along with fake news stories and videos, Meena Productions also released the movie The War for Catalina Island: America's Last Bastion for Freedom. The movie was an instant success, being the most popular patriotic film since Captain America: The First Avenger. In the movie it was shown that the island was being invaded by crazy Indian scientists that created a superbug to destroy the United States; Meena had no choice but to launch nuclear missiles at the island to destroy the virus and the invaders.

Following the memorial services for the innocent inhabitants of the island, Catalina and the ocean around it was declared a nuclear exclusion zone that would be uninhabitable for 200,000 years. Really, the inhabitants were given jobs by the Bean Boarders and most of the island was flattened to build the coffee farms. Being the biggest government conspiracy since 9/11, it received lots of questioning from conspiracy theorists but the general public still believed the movie and even stand behind Meenas decision to use nuclear weapons.
