Luisa Nguyen is a French-Vietnamese woman, born in 1946 in French Indochina. After the outbreak of the Vietnam-American War in the 1960's, she met Russian extreme tour guide Kalev Kepelkeker. They later married and had 6 children together between then and Kalev's death in 1999. Since then she has been a prominent local activist for the rights of tigers and rodents. She is technically the online supervisor for Rodent Amigos in their international outreach branch.
