Big Bobby "Boss" Tweed is a lesser Super Ghost that controls most of Africa in the Realm of the Dead. He helped Dmitriy disguise himself and get to Yggdrasil where he could learn more about fertility during the Great Caffeinated Death II.

He uses his ability Sell Out to buy the fertility of Africans (Especially Gambians) who usually arrive in the RoTD with excess fertility.
