Al Capone Over Alfheim is the product of Big King Elf Ascent being used on the Super Ghost of Al Capone. This gave Al a large amount of Fertility magic and the ability Haboglabotribin which passively altered fate so that Al could never be tried for tax evasion. Taking advantage of this, Al founded Alfheim in Dark Manhattan at the equivalent location of World Trade Center 6 in 2001.

From the time of his mortal death in 1947 to his ascent in 1999, Al worked in Yggdrasil's COS-PLAY.
