Morris Morrissey is a detective in Miami, Florida. As a Hallowed Council wizard, he puts himself in charge of investigations that he knows are supernaturally oriented. His ability, Buildings Have Eyes, allows him to see anywhere where there are windows in a 5 mile radius, carrying his vision from one window to the next.
