Looking Glass

The Looking Glass is artifact on the Imaginary Plane located at (0,0,0), within the Safe Asymptote. When someone gazes into the looking glass, they see a fate that is inescapable for them once they see it.

Examples

  • When Urtinger gazed into it, he saw his wife Martina divorcing him; however, he wasn’t too bothered by this as he thought he could simply remarry her, but as time has shown, fate is not so easily fooled. So far, the couple has remarried and divorced over seven times.
  • When Jaananda gazed through the Looking Glass, he saw it.
  • When a ray of light cast out by the Wet Amalgam intersected the Safe Asymptote, It ‘saw’ Itself.
