A Quasi-Hemigod is a being that is engendered in much the same way as a Hemigod, except that a Hyper Ghost is used in their creation rather than a Wet Ghoul.
As Hyper Ghosts still possess some remnants of their own consciousness, this results in a being that is much like a Hemigod, but which retains their original personality, memories, consciousness, and sometimes even abilities.
