== Early Life and Career ==
BOB reports that one of his first memories was a sighting of "The Crimean Man" in an Azeri dock in 1905. Traumatized by this, he was quick to join a local mafia that protected the region from the Persian, British, and Russian scum in the long lasting aftermath of the Crimean War.

After World War One, the recreational use of mustard gas was popular in Baku, and BOB fell victim to an overdose, after which, as he said, he "was opened to the visibility of ghosts, and quickly learned their intricate language." He was instantly made a celebrity between then and the Soviet takeover of the region. During the early Soviet years he made his money illegally consulting families privately about their ghost issues in exchange for wooden crates.

In 1954 he met and seduced [[Rada K. Romanov]] and impregnated her in exchange for her ex-husband's supply of wooden crates. He was nearly ready to accept his new life with Rada when he was struck with an [[Haunt of Baku|emergent call to action in ghost politics.]] He had an encounter with [[Gar]], who, in exchange for his fertility, granted him an extended, yet not infinite lifespan. After this event, he ran away to America, leaving behind Rada and his unborn child, [[Anna Romanov]].

At some point spacially between then and 1985, BOB and [[Yellow Ken]] travelled to the Imaginary Plane after gaining possession of the Mandlebrot graph. In 2001, Anna Romanov found BOB after his cloaking magic failed. He had unsuccessfully tried to prevent the Friendly Council from causing 9/11 and killed [[Erina Yantav]] in cold blood. He was found at a good time, as his step-son [[Gak Rasputin]] had invaded Omsk with an army of Yeth hounds. He united the [[Hallowed Council of Severe Thunderstorms]] and unilaterally destroyed Gak's army and prevented [[Gar]] from expanding his grasp into Siberia.

Immediately after returning he found that Arlington had become a hub for paranormal activity in his absence, and he fought the armies of the [[Crimson Bean]].

During the [[Coffee Coup of 2021]], BOB fought [[Rabo]] and lost, becoming a [[Super Ghost]] himself shortly after.

To this day, BOB is said to guard the memorials of Washington DC, in the form of [[Super BOB]].
